CEREAL CINEMA, classic cartoons & all-you-can-eat cereal
Cereal Cinema is the New Parkway's Saturday morning offering of family-friendly fun, accompanied by an all-you-can-eat cereal bar. We'll have classic cartoons from decades past on the screen, none announced until the actual show, but all of a PG or G equivalency.

OAKLAND PRIDE PRESENTS: NOAH’S ARC
FREE!
Oakland Pride and the Oakland LGBTQ Community Center invite the community to a FREE pre-pride event on Saturday, September 6, featuring Oakland Pride Grand Marshal and Film Director/Writer of the iconic logo series Noah's Arc, Patrik-Ian Polk.
He will be joined by cast members Rodney Chester (Alex) and Darryl Stephens (Noah) for a powerful montage of scenes from the series addressing relationships, HIV/AIDS, etc., followed by an in-depth discussion of their cultural and community impact. There will also be a closing audience Q&A reflecting on the series' enduring influence and its place in both television history and social change.
Tickets are free and can be acquired in the lobby of the New Parkway Theater beginning at 6pm on Saturday, September 6th. Please no calls or emails.
