PIG (Eat Big)

A truffle hunter who lives alone in the Oregonian wilderness must return to his past in Portland in search of his beloved foraging pig after she is kidnapped.

Eric Hyman, the longtime buyer for San Francisco’s beloved Waterbar Restaurant, presents his favorite food-centric films, all of which speak specifically to the experience of eating, gathering, preparing, & serving meals with community and/or family. Eric will introduce the movies as well as offer a few small goodies at each week’s screening.

In addition to truffle seasoning for your popcorn or dinner, we’re hoping to dig up some actual truffles to add to the experience!
