Have you ever felt sucked-dry after paying your monthly rent? Well we have a film for you! Join us as we present LandLord, the film that asks the burning question: If vampires need permission to enter your home, then what happens when the vampire is also your LandLord? You have seen the other awesome 2025 Vampire movie, now it’s time for Landlord!

If you like your social commentary with a bucket of blood, this is a film you can sink your teeth into.

Filmmaker Remington Smith will be in attendance, and Tobener Ravenscroft will host a free legal clinic in the mezzanine for your real life housing questions.

The event is a fundraiser for California Center for Movement Legal Services (Movement Legal), a housing non-profit who spearhead policy development and impact litigation advancing the tenant movement as well as providing eviction defense services and “know your rights” education.

Our tickets are offered on a sliding scale with a suggested donation of $10-20. If you are broke, we got you. If you are flush, please donate to this important nonprofit.
